Food is important obviously, for our survival depends on it. But in a deeper sense it’s how we nourish ourselves and our family. It’s not just how we show love to our family but also how we pass on important cultural traditions. I believe that the tools you use along with cooking should be approached with the same love and passion. It’s my hope that One Tree knives can be passed from one generation to the next along with those special family recipes.
